When I was approaching the crossroads at the age of 30, I made a major decision in my life. I wanted to go abroad to work and experience a different life. Although my friends and colleagues are already married and have children (some of them have already given birth to three babies), I chose to go abroad to work this year. My colleague has experience working in the Philippines before. Under his recommendation, I interviewed and successfully got a job at CG Group. I’m not a traditional girl under social standards. I think girls should be more knowledgeable when they are young.
After the visa was completed, I dragged a large suitcase to the airport to prepare for registration, and my family’s instructions echoed in my mind. Curious to want to learn a long way.

The first thing I thought about after the plane landed was to put away my luggage and go to famous scenic spots, such as Cebu, Boracay, Bohol, Siquijor and other places, and enjoy the island atmosphere of “not eating fireworks” It is also a travel reward for myself for so many years of hard work. Looking at the clear water on the beach, I feel very relaxed and looking forward to what interesting people the new company will meet.

When I walked into CG Group on the first day, I was attracted by its exquisite environment. The company’s front desk meeting room is very stylish, enough for a project team to hold a meeting, and everyone has their own exclusive workstation; the location is quite good big. Then the company has its own team of chefs, who change the pattern every day to ensure our diet. If you have any suggestions, you can ask the restaurant. The staff dormitory I live in is also very comfortable. It is an apartment-style room. At night, I can see the night view of the Philippines from the window.

Life in the Philippines is much more interesting than in China. CG Group organizes employees to carry out different team-building activities every month. After they get off work, they also go out to eat, sing and drink with colleagues. They took me to experience the local nightlife. The company will also give us red envelopes during New Year and festivals, and there will be tens of thousands of year-end bonuses at the end of the year, which is an additional income beyond our salary range.

I feel very fortunate to come to CG Group. From the initial curiosity and anxiety to the determination, I believe that I will develop better and better in CG Group. Colleagues are also very friendly to each other. There is no complicated intrigue, only simple mutual assistance because our common goal is to hope that the company will become better and better. CG Group opens the door for every person of insight, and the positions are very rich, not for academic qualifications, not for an age, nor for the country. As long as you work hard enough, you can get the reward you deserve. However, the company also has clear rewards and punishments here. If you do something wrong, you will be punished accordingly. This set of fair reward and punishment mechanisms has always constrained us to develop in a better direction. There are still big differences between foreign companies and domestic environments. I can see a lot of different things here, which also satisfies my original intention to work abroad this time.

If you, like me, are curious about the unknown world and want to learn more about the world while you are young, then CG Group will be a good development platform for you. If you don’t want to waste your life in the world, then hard work is the stepping stone on the road to success. As long as you go step by step, you will always have a wonderful life of your own!
